4. International Orders — Duties, Taxes & Customs

  • Orders shipped outside of Israel may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee at checkout.
  • Urban Sophistication Ltd. has no control over customs processes and cannot predict what charges may apply. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.
  • Japan: Consumption tax (JCT) may be applicable. Orders above ¥10,000 may be subject to customs inspection.
  • EU/UK: VAT may be collected at checkout where applicable under applicable thresholds. Any additional import duties remain the customer's responsibility.
  • Australia: GST may be collected at checkout for orders under AUD $1,000 per the Australian low-value imports regime.
  • Refused or unclaimed shipments due to customs issues will not be eligible for a refund of original shipping costs.

Our Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any representation, warranty, or condition of any kind. Urban Sophistication Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or products purchased.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Urban Sophistication Ltd. and its affiliates from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.

However, where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply, those laws will take precedence over Israeli law to the extent required.
