Bandages Rings (2021) - As kids, we used to wrap princesses or superheroes printed bandages around our fingers - and suddenly everything would feel better. In most cases we wouldn’t even have a single scratch, but the bandages would help overcome a hardship. That moment of healing is what we were looking to imitate with our bandage inspired ring collection. It is not alluding to physical pain, but to mental healing. Each ring is a glimpse of nostalgic positivity we keep going back to. The rings carry a self-affirmative message, while the bandage shape contextualizes the moment of growth, and more particularly, the pain that came prior to it. Suddenly, the pain from an old wound is a place where we ache to go again.
