Applies to every customer market except Japan.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Allow up to 5 business days during launches and high-volume periods. Pre-order availability and estimated ship dates appear on the product page.

U.S. delivery typically takes 5–7 calendar days after shipment. International delivery may take up to 15 business days after shipment. Carrier and service depend on destination; common services include DHL, FedEx, UPS and USPS. You will receive tracking information when your order ships.

Japan

Applies to customers shopping in the Japan market.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is approximately 2–5 days after shipment; express delivery may arrive from the next day through 2 days. Pre-order availability and estimated ship dates appear on the product page.

Duties, customs and tax

For orders delivered across borders, import duties, customs fees and taxes are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise. Third-party charges are non-refundable by Urban Sophistication for ordinary returns. Any third-party customs refund for a defective or incorrect item must be requested from the carrier or relevant authority. Refused or unclaimed shipments retain the standard return conditions; original shipping and third-party charges are not refunded.

Orders placed through the Japan market and shipped domestically do not incur import duties or customs-clearance charges. Displayed product prices include applicable Japanese consumption tax.
