Urban Sophistication is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the execution and optimization of digital campaigns across email, site, and social. This role is perfect for a performance-minded operator who also
understands branding and can turn creative ideas into marketing roadmaps. You’ll work closely with our founder (who leads creative direction), coordinating the rollout of product drops and brand moments while maximizing
conversion and retention.
Location Requirement: You must be based in Los Angeles to be considered for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate creative campaigns into clear marketing strategies across all channels.
- Plan and execute go-to-market timelines for product drops and seasonal initiatives.
- Oversee marketing calendar and cross-channel rollout (email, SMS, PDP updates, homepage, social).
- Collaborate with creative and marketing coordinator to execute on-brand, on-time campaigns.
- Own CRM and email marketing via Klaviyo - flows, campaigns, testing, and audience segmentation.
- Analyze performance metrics (CVR, AOV, traffic, retention, revenue) and report results.
- Partner with paid media buyer to align spend with campaign goals.
- Contribute to influencer seeding/gifting strategies, focused on impact and attribution.
- Develop a seamless customer experience across the full e-comm funnel.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in eCommerce or digital marketing, preferably in fashion/beauty/lifestyle DTC.
- Proven ability to manage campaign calendars and work cross-functionally.
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Highly organized and process-driven, with an eye for aesthetics.
- Analytical but brand-aware - you can zoom into data and zoom out to vision.
